Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Due to health and hygiene regulations, opened or consumed products cannot be returned.
Non-returnable items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (via Stripe) within 7–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund appears.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at hello@miamilean.eu with your order number and photos of the damaged product.
Returns Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at hello@miamilean.eu for detailed instructions.
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
Non-EU Customers
At this time, returns are accepted only from customers within the European Union.
